The marketplace, explained

How it works

A local marketplace for handmade goods with one rule: we take zero percent. Sellers keep every dollar. Buyers pay sellers directly. We're just the connective tissue.

Apply & meet us

Tell us about your work — what you make, how long you've been at it, and where you sell now. We're opening to our first first 25 Santa Fe makers one at a time, with hands-on onboarding. We respond within a few days and help you set up your first listings.

List your work

Add photos, a title, a price, and a condition note (one-of-a-kind, made-to-order, or in stock). Before your first offer goes out, we verify your phone number — once, then never again. Your neighborhood is visible on your profile so buyers know roughly where to pick up.

Agree, confirm, get paid

A buyer makes an offer. You chat in the message thread. When you've agreed on a price, both parties tap "I Confirm" — the platform pins a digital invoice to the thread. That's the contract. Payment happens off-platform: Venmo, Zelle, or cash on pickup. We never touch the money.

Rate each other

After a transaction, both buyer and seller leave a rating. It's bilateral and blind-reveal: neither side sees the other's rating until both have submitted, or until seven days pass. This prevents retaliation and keeps ratings honest. Your transaction count and response time appear on your public profile.

Our promises

Zero platform fees

Etsy charges ~6.5% transaction plus payment processing. We charge nothing. The platform runs on a free tier and we intend to keep it that way indefinitely.

Off-platform payment

Money moves between buyer and seller via Venmo, Zelle, or cash. We never see it, we never hold it. The message thread and digital invoice serve as the agreement.

Verified sellers

Every seller verifies their phone number before their first offer is accepted. Bilateral blind-reveal ratings mean every transaction builds an honest reputation.
